A) Reconocer nuestra incapacidad de pagar la deuda e informarle a los acreedores;
B) No ceder a reclamos que conlleven gravar más a dependencias o corporaciones públicas y mucho menos a sectores de puertorriqueños trabajadores y productores;
C)  Revertir toda decisión tomada en respuesta a presiones externas, Ej. aeropuerto, plan de retiro de maestros;
D)    Eliminar las Leyes de Cabotaje;
E)   Limitar la salida o fuga de capital hacia los Estados Unidos;
F) Negociar con países donde podamos adquirir más económicamente;
G)   Explotar el petróleo puertorriqueño;

ENGLISH VERSION

    Dedicated to the people of the United States of America, who once fought for the establishment of a great nation and were able to root it in human freedom and rights, and now find themselves  abused and deprived of the same liberties they once determined to live by.              Dedicated also to the citizens of the world who are reduced to pawns in the economic chess game rulers play or don't seem to understand.

Fear and the benefits obtained from us by strangers, have kept us divided amongst symbols and colors. All have tried to claim the glory for the “good’’ and blamed others for the 'bad'.   We have become critics and analysts.  Investing an extraordinary amount of individual and collective energy in trivial matters has resulted in our ideological fragmentation.  Our fog-blindness, fed by a good makeup of occult propaganda, has created a distorted understanding of reality.  We have ended up confusing the real good and the real evils that afflict us.
Within this context, we find ourselves at a crossroad.  Unfortunately, it came upon us; when we should have faced it a long time ago.  It is not the same to address divided, the blackmail claims from abroad, be they governments or accrediting houses, than presenting a common front, aware of the state of things, putting our interests first.  In the past we have endured, adjusted and adapted to the pace of others and became complacent with leftovers and gifts.  This has not resulted in anything positive... definitely not for us.
[We lose 700 million every year by tolerating the negligence of the U.S. Merchant Marine in the transport of goods to and from Puerto Rico. (Report of the U.S. General Accountant Office 2013).  For every $15.00 that comes in as 'aid' from the North, $85.00 are received by them from us.  The preferential treatment of our governments has been for foreign U.S.A. companies established here; and the difficulties, burdens and requirements (bordering on hostility) are applied to ours.]
As long as we all do not assume, especially those who rule politically, the responsibility of generating and ensuring our well-being, of seeking our common good, it will be very difficult to overcome the challenges of the moment.  So far we have all allowed some of us to be deprived, to meet the financial interests of others… inside, but mainly abroad.
The evil some Puerto Ricans receive is an evil against all of us.
The exercise of freedom, the rights and responsibilities that it entails, requires dignity, strength and courage.  Puerto Ricans possess these attributes. The solution and the strength to press forward and reach out are in us.
Here are some aspects that we all can support:
A)  Recognizing our inability to pay the debt and inform creditors;
B)  Not giving in to pressures involving the imposition of further burdens upon agencies or public corporations, let alone sectors of Puerto Rican workers and producers;
C) Reversing all decisions taken in response to external pressures. Ex. airport, teacher retirement plan;
D) Eliminating the Cabotage Laws  (US maritime laws that apply to Puerto Rico);
E) Limiting the output or capital drains to the United States;
F)  Negotiating with countries where we can purchase goods at better prices;
G) Exploiting Puerto Rican petroleum;
H) Checking with the electorate whenever required to add strength to our decisions and present the results to the government of the United States, and if necessary, to international organizations.
The people, the governor and the entire leadership of the country can and must act together.
Do so... and God will help us.

We must fligh high
